Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Non-returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Gift cards

Personalized or custom products

Items marked as final sale

Products damaged due to misuse

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, contact us at articave.shop@gmail.com with photos of the issue.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

For international orders, customs duties or taxes are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
