All orders are processed within 1 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, customers will be notified via email.


Shipping Destinations

Currently, Articave ships only to the following countries:

  • United States

  • Canada

We do not ship to other countries at this time.


Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: FREE

  • There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.


Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 7 business days after shipment.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

  • Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Articave is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply once the package reaches the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Articave is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
